Gallery of Thermalhydraulics Phenomena
The Gallery of Thermalhydraulics Phenomena will showcase original images and videos submitted by participants of the meeting.
- In order to submit Entries for the Gallery, an Entry Submission form must be completed.
- An Entry Submission must be received before January 2, 2011 – this applies to both posters and videos.
- Participants must be registered in order to submit a poster or video to the Gallery.
- The deadline for the final version of a video submission is August 1, 2011.
- Instructions for submitting videos will be sent after the form is received.
- Notification to those who have submitted a proposal to present will be made the week of January 16, 2011.
Video Instructions
Format
- Videos should be submitted in mp4 format, using the 720p HDTV video mode.
- The resolution should be 1280 x 720.
- No soundtrack in videos.
- Videos should contain a 2-3 second blank lead-in.
Content
- Videos for the gallery should be aesthetically appealing.
- Videos should run for less than 3 minutes with no sound track. Include any information pertaining to the video as text.
Logistics
- Deadline for submission of the final video is August 1, 2011.
- At least one co-author must attend the meeting.
Poster Presentations
Poster Dimensions:
- Posters must be no larger than 4 feet wide x 4 feet high.
- Posters must be oriented Portrait
Logistics
- The Gallery will be located in the Conference Hall Foyer.
- Posters must be placed in the Gallery by September 26, 2011.
- Posters will be judged on September 27, 2011.
- Posters must be removed by September 29, 2011
- At least one co-author must attend the meeting.
Poster set-up:
- The Poster room will be available for set up beginning at 8:00am on September 26, 2011.
- All posters must be removed by 17:00 of September 29, 2011. The conference cannot assume any liability for lost or damaged posters that have to be removed by conference staff.
- Push pins will be provided for your use.
