Exhibitor Information

The organizing committee is pleased to offer an opportunity for exhibitors to display their products and demonstrate their unique capabilities at the NURETH-14 conference in Toronto, Ontario.  Exhibitor space is limited so please register early to guarantee space. The following information is provided to help you determine the level of participation and size of your display.

The Exhibitor Registration Fee of $2,000 includes:

1.  One attendee registration inclusive of all conference materials and networking events.
Note: When filling out the registration information, please be sure to provide the name and contact information of the person who is going to be attending the event as well as the name of the additional vendor.  If you have more than one person attending from your company, additional attendees will register at the participant registration rate.

2.  A standard 10 X 10 booth that will include: Pipe and drape; 6' table; 2 chairs.

3.  Organization logo and link to website placed on the conference website.
Note: A .jpg image and web address must be provided to (nureth14@cns-snc.ca) in order to be represented on the website.

Other Exhibitor Information

1.  Shipping/Decorator information will be forwarded to you upon completion of your registration.
2.  Set-up and Strike times will be posted as soon as the information is available.

4.  The exhibit space is in the Conference Hall. This is an open space and unable to be secured. A roving security guard will be provided during the times that the conference is not in session.
